Is the piece in the photos the one I'll receive?
Yes. Pieces marked one of a kind are photographed individually, and the one in the photos is the one we send. Pieces sold in quantity (tumbled stones, for example) are shown as a representative sample.
Are your stones natural?
Our crystals and minerals are natural. Many are cut and polished into shapes like spheres, hearts and bowls; the listing says when a piece is a carving or has been polished.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with tracking. The shipping cost for your country is shown in the cart before you pay.
Will I pay import duties?
For orders outside the country we ship from, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your customs office on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us.
Why do colours sometimes look different?
We photograph in natural light to keep colours true, but every screen shows colour a little differently, and many minerals change with the light around them.
Can I return a piece?
